ETIC_Algarve students can now continue their studies at ETIC in Lisbon

“The good news keeps coming, and this time ETIC_Algarve has achieved another victory in terms of its students continuing their studies”.

Following a validation process by ETIC in Lisbon and Solent University regarding ETIC_Algarve’s two-year technical courses, current and former students of these courses will be able to apply for further studies and obtain a BA (Hons) – Bachelor of Arts degree certification starting this year.

Similar to what it had already achieved with Prague College in the Czech Republic, Teesside University in England, and recently with dBs Music Berlin in Berlin, ETIC_Algarve now adds ETIC in Lisbon, bringing the number of partner schools offering opportunities for students who wish to continue their education through a third year of study to four.

Students who complete the Communication and Multimedia Design course may apply for further studies in Graphic Design; those who complete the Music Creation, Production, and Sound Techniques course may continue their studies with further studies in Popular Music Production; those in Professional Photography can move on to the Top Up Year in Media Production; and finally, students in Film and TV Production can apply for the Advanced Studies in Media Production, 3rd year, which they will have to do in Lisbon.

“We had been trying to make this validation possible for some time, as we wanted to offer our students the opportunity to continue their studies in Portugal. With ETIC, this is now possible, and we couldn’t be happier to be able to give our students this opportunity”,

says Nuno Ribeiro, director of ETIC_Algarve, who has been part of ETIC’s history in Lisbon since its inception.
