Bruno Lançoni

Bruno Lançoni is a multidisciplinary professional passionate about software development, IT project management, and technological innovation.

He works as an Engagement Lead at Devoteam Portugal, responsible for leading technical teams from the initial stages of projects, ensuring alignment between architecture, solutions and client needs.

In addition, he works as a freelance Technical Specialist, advising companies on the planning, development and formalization of software projects, with a portfolio of more than 30 IT deliveries, ranging from websites to mobile applications.

With over 10 years of professional experience, Bruno has built a solid track record in backend and frontend development, process automation, infrastructure as code, and technical leadership.

He has worked at companies such as IBM/Kyndryl and worked as a professor at institutions such as ETIC_Algarve, TVTEC Jundiaí and Centro Universitário Senac, teaching subjects such as Time Management, Systems Architecture, Databases, Project and People Management, and web development.

He has also been a speaker at events at Devoteam, TIP Brasil, IBM and Living Lab MS, covering topics such as Blockchain, Service Automation and Python.

Graduated in Systems Analysis and Development (FATEC-SP), Engineering (UniMAX) and postgraduate in Project Management (Senac University Center), he holds certifications such as Scrum Master and AWS.

Fluent in English and with extensive international experience, Bruno combines strategic, technical and human vision in conducting highly complex teams and projects.
